Hello Hello, its time to get vertigo  !!

The wait was over

This was the opening night for the Achtung Baby Vertigo Rollercoaster

Lights, Pint, Action !

As the lights go down the new intro kicks in, "City of Blinding Lights"

The cheers are deafening as the guy on the poster with the big head strolls on stage, its Bono and he throws gifts out to the audience and then exits stage right.

As the new intro fades, the band take to the stage......

Uno, dos, tres.........

It feels like the whole crowd has just jumped at the same time ! My pint is all over me but it was worth it.

Beautiful Day, New Years Day, hit after hit.....

Then the emotional, Sometimes you cant make it on your own

Then Desire, Sunday, Bad

Rick has the edge as he winds up his guitar

Pete on drums and Dave on base, get in to it, as the rhythm section show what they are made of

A mixture of old and new, its all here

During the encore, Andy (Bono) invites the photographer on stage to get a snap shot of the audience, (say cheese!)

After Mysterious Ways, Andy introduced his son, Max to the crowd

(Max got the biggest cheer of the night!)

As the classic sound of "40" roars through the Robin, the crowd leave the stage one by one

I'm shit faced on adrenalin, where did the 2 hours go ?

What a night, what a show

Vertigo has arrived and the band are back to their brilliant best

The show was sheer vertigo and I'm still in a spin

Welcome back boyz

It was awesome

And I was there !!
